Chelsea joined the Thrive team in 2018. Before becoming a BCBA, Chelsea worked as a preschool teacher for nearly 10 years in Boulder while going to school and eventually directing the preschool center before switching paths to direct therapy. She is a believer of naturalistic-based therapy and learning through play and laughter. For her formal education, she has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Denver and earned a Master’s Degree in ABA from the University of Northern Colorado.
When not working, she enjoy hiking, off-roading during the summer, and skiing during the winter. She also loves her tool collection for completing all types of building projects.
